- Ascot Racecourse
- The course sits on the High Street, and on a race day the surrounding roads operate under a different set of rules to the rest of the year. Drop-off and collection points move, and we confirm the arrangements for the specific meeting rather than assuming last season's still apply.
- Sunningdale & Wentworth
- The golf estates and the private roads around them, where a familiar chauffeur and a quiet arrival count for more than anything else. Regular residential work as well as event and visitor travel.
- Virginia Water
- The lake, the Wentworth estate's eastern side and the residential roads north toward the A30. Well placed for both Heathrow and the M3.
- Windsor Great Park & Coworth
- The parkland north of the town and the country-house venues on its edge, a regular destination for weddings, private functions and corporate events through the summer.

Heathrow on the Doorstep
Ascot's position gives one of the most straightforward Heathrow runs in our coverage, out via the A329 and A30 or the M3 at junction 3 depending on the address and the hour. Gatwick is the longer journey, taken via the M25.
Racedays and Road Closures
During Royal Ascot and the bigger meetings the local roads are managed actively, with restrictions and one-way arrangements that do not exist the rest of the year. We plan around the published arrangements for the day, and we would rather set off early than sit in a queue that was predictable.
The Calendar Matters
Ascot's demand is concentrated. Royal Ascot week in particular books out well ahead, as do the weekends around the major meetings and the summer wedding season. Booking early is worth more here than almost anywhere else we cover.

- Do you provide chauffeur travel for Royal Ascot?
- Yes, and it is one of our busiest weeks of the year. Arrivals are timed to your enclosure and the day's schedule, departures are held for the end of racing rather than booked to an optimistic hour, and groups stay together. It books up well in advance, so early is better.
- Which vehicle is best for a raceday?
- The Mercedes-Benz V-Class, comfortably. Seven individual seats keep a party in one car, there is proper room for hats, coats and everything else the day involves, and stepping out of it at the course is rather more civilised than unfolding from a saloon. The S-Class and E-Class suit smaller groups.
- How do you handle raceday road closures?
- We work to the arrangements published for that specific meeting rather than to a standard route, and we agree a collection point with you in advance. Where the official drop-off has moved, we will tell you before the day rather than on it.
- Do you cover Sunningdale, Virginia Water and Wentworth?
- Yes, all three regularly — residential travel, golf and club visits, airport transfers and event work. Our chauffeurs know the private roads and estate approaches, which is generally the part that catches out a driver who does not.
- Can you arrange wedding and private event travel?
- We do a good deal of it, particularly around the country-house venues near Windsor Great Park. Cars can be held for the duration rather than booked as separate journeys, so the day runs to your schedule instead of to ours.
- How far is Heathrow from Ascot?
- It is a short run, typically well inside the hour and often considerably less outside peak times. Ascot is one of the more convenient places we cover for Heathrow travel.
