Surrey Chauffeur Service
Chauffeur-driven travel the length and breadth of Surrey — airport transfers, business travel and events, wherever you need to be. Countywide coverage.
Surrey — Countywide coverage
The whole county, from a base right at its centre.
Surrey is the ground we know best. Our chauffeurs are spread across the county — close enough to reach Woking or Guildford in minutes, and well placed for the longer runs out to Dorking, Farnham and the county's southern edge. Wherever a journey starts, it begins with a chauffeur who knows the roads rather than a satnav's best guess.
The county's character is its contradiction: fast, prosperous towns threaded together by roads that rarely move as quickly as they promise. The A3, the M25 and the M3 all cross Surrey, and each has its moments. We plan every journey around how those roads actually behave at the hour you are travelling — the crawl through the villages, the familiar tailback at junction 10 — so the fixed fare we quote is one we can genuinely hold to.
Most of our county work falls into three patterns: airport transfers to Heathrow and Gatwick, both of which sit on Surrey's doorstep; business travel for the corporate headquarters concentrated around Woking, Guildford and Weybridge; and private journeys for residents who would simply rather be driven. Whichever it is, the booking runs through a single point of contact and the standard never changes.
Countywide Reach
Our chauffeurs cover the whole county with ease, from Woking and Guildford to the southern towns.
Roads We Actually Know
Journeys planned around how the A3, M25 and M3 really behave, not an optimistic straight-line estimate.
Fixed, Transparent Pricing
One fare for the journey, agreed and confirmed in writing before you travel.
Local Coverage
The neighbourhoods and addresses we cover.
- North Surrey
- Woking, Weybridge, Cobham, Esher and the Thames-side towns — the most heavily travelled part of our coverage, close to base and close to the M25. Short journey times to Heathrow and a steady mix of corporate and private residential work.
- West Surrey
- Guildford, Farnham, Godalming and the Surrey Heath borough, threaded together by the A3, the A31 and the M3. Longer runs than the north of the county, but generally faster roads once clear of the towns.
- East Surrey
- Reigate, Redhill, Oxted and the towns along the M25's southern arc. Gatwick sits on this side of the county, which makes it the quicker airport for most journeys starting here.
- South Surrey & the Downs
- Dorking, Leatherhead, Epsom and the villages across the Mole Valley and the North Downs. Slower, narrower roads for the last few miles, and an area where local knowledge saves more time than any satnav route.
The Journey
The roads, the timing, and what we build in.
Three Roads That Define the County
The A3, the M3 and the M25 all cross Surrey, and each has its own character. The M25 is fastest when it moves and unforgiving when it does not; the A3 is direct but prone to queuing near the M25; the M3 is generally the most reliable of the three. Which one we use depends on the hour as much as the destination.
Airports on the Doorstep
Heathrow and Gatwick both sit on Surrey's edge, which is why airport transfers make up so much of our county work. From most of the county one or the other is comfortably inside the hour, and we track your inbound flight so a delay never leaves you waiting.
Planned Around Real Timings
We quote on how the roads actually behave at the hour you are travelling, not on a straight-line estimate. That is what lets us hold a fixed fare — if we have allowed for the queue at junction 10, the traffic is our problem rather than yours.
Common Questions
Surrey chauffeur travel, answered.
- Which parts of Surrey do you cover?
- The whole county, along with the areas immediately over its borders such as Ascot and Windsor in Berkshire. We work across Surrey end to end, which keeps journey times sensible whether you are in Woking, Guildford, Dorking or Reigate.
- Which vehicle should I book for travel across Surrey?
- The Mercedes-Benz V-Class is our go-to across the county. Seven individual seats, luggage space that a saloon boot cannot match, and a cabin comfortable enough that a long run to the coast or up to the Midlands does not feel like one. The E-Class and S-Class suit one or two passengers travelling light.
- Is Heathrow or Gatwick quicker from Surrey?
- It depends where in the county you start. From the north and west — Woking, Weybridge, Guildford, Camberley — Heathrow is usually quicker. From the east and south, around Reigate and Redhill, Gatwick generally is. We will tell you which makes more sense for your address if you are choosing.
- Do you travel outside Surrey?
- Regularly. Long-distance work to London, the coast, the Cotswolds and further north is a normal part of what we do, and the same fixed-fare arrangement applies whatever the distance.
- Do you offer business accounts?
- Yes. Pre-agreed rates, a single point of contact and monthly invoicing, which suits the corporate headquarters concentrated around Woking, Guildford and Weybridge as well as smaller firms booking regular travel.
- How is the fare calculated?
- We quote the journey in advance based on the route, the timing and the vehicle, and confirm it in writing. There is no meter and no adjustment afterwards — the figure you agree is the figure you pay.
