The approach from across Surrey runs largely via the M3 and M25, a corridor that carries some of the heaviest airport-bound traffic in the South East, particularly around the Heathrow spur and the M25/M4 interchange. We build a realistic time buffer into every outbound journey rather than a straight-line estimate, and track your inbound flight live so a hold on the tarmac or a delayed landing doesn't cost you a wait at the terminal.
As the country's principal long-haul hub, Heathrow also carries a heavier concentration of connecting passengers and later, less predictable landing slots than any other airport we cover. - Terminal 2
- In the Central Terminal Area, reached from the M4 spur at junction 4A. Shares the central campus with Terminal 3, so the two are a short walk or transit ride apart.
- Your chauffeur waits in the arrivals hall with a name board, past baggage reclaim and customs.
- Terminal 3
- Also in the Central Terminal Area off the M4 spur, immediately alongside Terminal 2. A long-haul terminal, so arrivals here often follow a full immigration hall.
- Met landside in the arrivals hall. We allow extra time after landing for immigration at peak long-haul arrival windows.
- Terminal 4
- On the southern side of the airfield, approached from the A30 and the Southern Perimeter Road rather than the central spur — a genuinely different approach from T2 and T3.
- Met in the arrivals hall. Because T4 sits away from the central campus, arriving at the wrong terminal here costs real time.
- Terminal 5
- At the western end of the airport, with its own dedicated access from the M25 at junction 14 — the quickest terminal to reach from Surrey.
- T5 has two arrivals halls, A and B, depending on your aircraft's stand. We confirm which one you'll come through rather than guessing.

The Route from Surrey
From across Surrey the approach is largely via the M25: onto the motorway at junction 11, then north to junction 14 for Terminal 5, or on to junction 15 and the M4 spur for Terminals 2 and 3. Terminal 4 comes off earlier via the A30 and the Southern Perimeter Road. Which terminal you need genuinely changes the route, not just the final turn.
Timing and Traffic
Around 40 minutes in clear conditions. The M25 between junctions 11 and 15 is one of the busiest stretches of motorway in the country, and the weekday morning and late-afternoon peaks can add half an hour or more. We time outbound journeys against the departure slot and the traffic pattern for that hour, rather than quoting a best-case figure and hoping.
Waiting and Meeting
Inbound flights are tracked from take-off, so a delayed departure or a hold on approach moves your pickup automatically — you don't need to call us from the aircraft. Meet-and-greet in the arrivals hall is standard rather than an extra, and we agree the meeting point before you fly.

- How long does a chauffeur take from Surrey to Heathrow?
- From most of central Surrey it is around 40 minutes via the M25 in clear conditions. Journeys from Woking, Weybridge, Cobham and Guildford are broadly comparable. At weekday peak times we build in additional margin for the M25 between junctions 11 and 15.
- Which Heathrow terminal do I need?
- It depends on your airline, and allocations do change. We confirm your terminal against your airline and flight number before the day of travel and hold that detail through to landing, so you don't have to work it out yourself.
- What happens if my flight is delayed?
- We track your flight from take-off, so a delayed landing or a hold on approach adjusts your pickup automatically. You don't need to contact us from the aircraft or on landing.
- Where will my chauffeur meet me at Heathrow?

- Do you cover early morning and overnight Heathrow transfers?
- Yes. Early departures and late or overnight landings are covered to the same standard as any other journey, and are a routine part of our Heathrow work.
- How far in advance should I book a Heathrow transfer?
- Booking ahead secures your preferred vehicle, particularly the V-Class for groups or heavier luggage. We do take shorter-notice Heathrow bookings where we have a chauffeur available.
