Private & Business Aviation

The last twenty minutes of a private flight.

Ground transport for private jet and business aviation movements at Farnborough, Biggin Hill, Oxford, Luton and Fairoaks — arranged with your handling agent, timed to the flight plan, and quoted as a fixed fare.

How It Works

You send the movement. We do the rest.

A private flight is not an airport transfer with a different postcode. There is no arrivals hall to wait in, no published schedule to work from, and the person booking the car is usually not the person travelling in it — it is an assistant, a broker, or the handling agent themselves.

So we work the way that side of the business already works. Send the tail number, the field, the ETA and the passenger count, and we take it from there: confirming the FBO, agreeing where the car waits, and giving whoever booked it a single point of contact rather than a chauffeur's mobile number and hope.

Farnborough is twenty-five minutes from our base and is now our busiest single destination. Biggin Hill, Oxford, Luton and Fairoaks are all inside our normal working radius, and we run between them as often as we run into London.

Booked Through the Handling Agent

Send the movement details and we deal with the FBO direct — ramp access where it is permitted, or the terminal door where it is not. The passenger is never asked to relay a message between two suppliers.

Timed to the Flight Plan, Not the Schedule

Private departures move. We work from the latest ETA the handling agent has, not a published timetable, and hold the car until the aircraft is on the ground.

Short-Notice Cover

Most of our Farnborough work is booked the same day. A car within the hour is normal rather than exceptional.

Where We Fly From

The business aviation fields we work every week.

Fairoaks is our registered base, so a movement there is a few minutes rather than a journey. For scheduled flights out of Heathrow, Gatwick, London City or Stansted, see airport transfers.

Common Questions

Private aviation transfers, answered.

Can the car meet the aircraft on the ramp?
At most business aviation fields, yes, subject to the handling agent's airside pass arrangements on the day. Where ramp access is not granted, the chauffeur meets you inside the FBO lounge instead. We confirm which it will be before you fly, so there is no ambiguity when you land.
How much notice do you need for a private jet transfer?
Farnborough is twenty-five minutes from our base, so an hour is usually enough and same-day requests are routine. For a fleet of cars, or for a departure before 06:00, a day's notice gives us a better choice of chauffeur.
Which vehicle suits a private jet transfer?
The V-Class, in almost every case. Its individual rear seats and separate luggage compartment take four passengers and their bags without the boot dictating what comes on board, and the sliding door works on a ramp where a saloon door will not clear the wing. The S-Class is the alternative for one or two passengers travelling light.
Do you handle transfers between airports?
Yes. Farnborough to Heathrow, Biggin Hill to London City and Luton to Farnborough are all regular runs for us, usually where a passenger arrives privately and connects to a scheduled long-haul flight, or the reverse.
What does a helicopter transfer from Farnborough into central London cost by car instead?
A car from Farnborough to central London is a fixed fare quoted in advance, and takes roughly seventy-five to ninety minutes depending on the hour. It is a fraction of a rotary transfer and, outside the worst of the peak, the door-to-door difference is smaller than it looks once the helicopter's ground legs at both ends are counted.
Can several cars be coordinated for one aircraft?
Yes, and it is common for a full cabin. The cars arrive together, the chauffeurs are briefed as a group, and one of them is nominated as the point of contact so the handling agent has a single number to call.
Do you invoice a broker or operator rather than the passenger?
Yes. Operators, brokers and handling agents can open an account with pre-agreed rates and monthly invoicing, so the movement is booked without a card at the point of travel and reconciled against your own charter file afterwards.

Send us the tail number and the ETA.
