A meet-and-greet transfer is built around your flight, not a fixed pickup time on a booking confirmation. It's a small difference on paper that changes the entire experience of landing somewhere after a long journey.
Before you land
Once your flight details are confirmed, we track the flight itself rather than working from the scheduled arrival time on your ticket. A delayed departure, a headwind, or a diverted approach all show up on our side automatically, and your chauffeur's timing adjusts with it — no phone call required from you to explain a late landing.
At the terminal
Your chauffeur is positioned before you land, not dispatched once you touch down. Depending on the airport and terminal, that might mean waiting in the arrivals hall with a name board, or agreeing a landside meeting point in advance for fields without a public arrivals area, as is the case at Farnborough and Biggin Hill.
On the drive
Luggage is handled for you, the car is confirmed and ready rather than still en route, and the route itself has already been planned around whatever traffic conditions apply at that time of day. Everything after landing is designed to remove decisions, not add them.
It's a simple idea — remove the guesswork from the last leg of a journey — and one we treat as the baseline for every transfer, not an upgrade.
