We plan the whole fleet against your running order in advance — who needs collecting, from where, and by when — so every car arrives against the same schedule rather than being booked and managed separately.
On the day, your vehicles are dispatched and tracked together, with a single organiser on our side able to answer for the whole fleet rather than one car at a time. That includes staggered guest arrivals for a conference, a wedding party moving between ceremony and reception, or delegates being returned to a station or airport at the end of a function.
We quote the fleet as a whole once we understand the schedule, guest numbers and vehicle mix required.
