As-directed hire is different: you book your chauffeur and car for an agreed number of hours, or for the day, and they remain with you throughout — waiting between appointments, taking direction on where to go next, and adjusting to changes as they happen.
It suits days that don't have a single route: a series of client meetings across London, a wedding with several venues rather than one address, a roadshow moving between sites, or a day out where the plan is deliberately open-ended.
Pricing is agreed by the hour or by the day before you travel and confirmed in your quote, so the cost is fixed regardless of how the itinerary develops.
